  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all tags and accessories

  • Be reported within the specified return timeframe

2. Return Request Timeframe

Customers must request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Exchange Policy

If your request is approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or size, subject to availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed under specific circumstances, such as:

  • The order is cancelled before shipment

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund arrangements may be handled through a mutually agreed method.
